Inner Work

People are often very confused about why they overdrink.

They say that:

  • They don’t want to be hung over
  • Forget what they said
  • Have too much they act strange or say things they regret
  • They want to be healthier

But then they overdrink again.

And again.

I used to be puzzled about why this happened to me too.

It didn’t make sense.

Until I did the inner work.  Until I sat with myself to understand why it kept happening.

When you purchase my coaching program, it’s not the program that works to change the habit and your relationship with alcohol.

It’s YOU doing the deep, inner work in the program that gets you the relationship you want with alcohol.

You are the only one that can change you.

It’s you learning about why you overdo it to begin with.

It’s you learning why drinking is so important to you.

For the majority of women, it’s not what they think it is.

Which is why you can’t solve it if you don’t know why.

If you want help to solve this pattern, join my group coaching program Drink Less Lifestyle by clicking here.
